Brand Advantage™ Return Policy

 

Full-unopened out-dated bottles can be returned to the distribution centers. Customer credit will be issued based on the established customer/division returns policy for non-salable merchandise. Product can be returned up to six (6) months beyond expiration date.

 

Open and partial out-dated bottles MUST be returned to our third party processor, Stericycle Phamaceutical Services. Customers should call 1-800-777-6565; ask for the customer service department and request assistance with the "AmerisourceBergen Brand Repack Returns Program". Stericycle Phamaceutical Services will then send a return kit to the customer. Upon receipt of the kit, customer can follow the simple instructions and return the product to Stericycle Phamaceutical Services. Upon receipt, Stericycle Phamaceutical Services will verify the count and content of each bottle. Customer credit will be issued quarterly by the AmerisourceBergen servicing distribution center based on the established customer/division returns policy for non-salable merchandise. Product may be returned up to six (6) months beyond expiration date.

 

NOTE: Taking returns adds value by reducing the customer's risk, which makes the overall Brand Advantage™ program more attractive. This returns privilege will be extended only to customers that fully support the substitution program.

 

Brand Advantage™ will automatically replace the manufacturer's SKU with the identical product in an American Health Packaging labeled SKU at a guaranteed lower price! The savings range from 0.20% to in excess of 5%. Since the package size is identical to the manufacturer, the label includes the manufacturer's NDC. This enables American Health Packaging labeled product to be used for third-party billing and in managed care pharmacy systems.

 

If the distribution center is temporarily out of the American Health Packaging labeled item, the customer will receive the branded item at regular cost.
